Aromatherapy has long been renowned for its healing and calming benefits and these aesthetic candles have been filled with ingredients to specifically work on aiding in restful sleep by promoting a beautifully scented calming and serene atmosphere.

Ingredients used -

Lavender - A natural sleep aid that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation and reduce feelings of anxiety and/or apprehension.
Chamomile - An age old natural remedy used to reduce anxiety and promote restful sleep.
Amethyst Crystals - Believed to enhance restful sleep by creating a soothing environment and reducing nighttime disturbances.
